Organized by Lulu Is Forever, the event challenged florists to create innovative designs using Lulu Eternal Roses and fresh roses from Naranjo Farms. Rachel’s creations stood out for their originality and emotional depth, earning her the top prize.

In 2022, Dare to Bloom expanded to Europe, taking place at the prestigious Fleuramour Festival in Belgium under the theme Be Part of the Magic. This edition, known as Dare to Fly, challenged floral designers to create wearable wings using preserved flowers. The competition’s artistic level was unprecedented, revealing the limitless possibilities of preserved floral designs.

Following Belgium, the competition soared to Estonia in early 2023, where it was held at the esteemed National Museum. Ten talented florists crafted breathtaking floral wings, each bringing their unique vision to life. The European winners then advanced to a global showdown against the U.S. champions, further elevating Dare to Bloom as a premier floral competition.
